Make a To-Do List
Prioritize your day/week/month and make a list. Check them off once you're done and feel a bit more accomplished when you do. Confession: I put things on the list just so I can cross them off. Shower today? Check. Breakfast for the littles? Did that!
Indulge In A Guilty Pleasure
Whether that is chocolate, pizza or an hour of Grey's Anatomy, just sit back, relax and enjoy it for a few minutes. You work hard, so let yourself recharge. Once your 15 minutes is up, pull up your big girl pants and get things done like a boss.
Get Some Fresh Air
Sometimes you just need to step outside and enjoy the outdoors. Breathe in that cool air, hear the birds chirp and remember the bigger picture.
Call In Your Pet For Reinforcement
Playing with your dog or cat can be a major stress reliever, both for you and your pooch.
Light A Candle
