Ditch the treadmill and start drinking this for the same benefits. I had no idea

According to one crazy new study, there is something that can replace one hour of exercise without lifting more than a few fingers. And trust me, it's not what your expect!
I would do just about anything to avoid working out, and this new study made it that much easier for me! Not only does this yummy treat replace exercise, it is also a great way to unwind, catch up with friends and provides plenty of antioxidants.
Give up yet? I bet your didn't guess it's the amazing effects of red wine.
That's right, a study done at The University of Alberta concluded that a natural component in the wine called resveratrol was found to increase muscle strength, as well as improving physical performance and heart function. All of which is extremely similar to the benefits of exercise.
“We were excited when we saw that resveratrol showed results similar to what you would see from extensive endurance exercise training,” said Principal investigator Jason Dyck.
It was also beneficial while exercising, as it helped improve endurance while training.
Who Could This Benefit?
About an hour at the gym is what they compare to a glass of red wine. So, who could this benefit (other than me of course)?
“I think resveratrol could help patient populations who want to exercise but are physically incapable. Resveratrol could mimic exercise for them or improve the benefits of the modest amount of exercise that they can do,” Dyck concluded.
Quite the breakthrough, if you ask me.
A huge breakthrough in regards to the limitations of patients, and their ability to exercise. Of course, this shouldn't be taken to the extreme, as there are dangers in excessive drinking. Like anything else, this is meant to be regulated, and done in moderation.
The study also found the natural compound in a few fruits and nuts.
