Not Photoshopped - World's Biggest Rubber Duckie Sails Into Tacoma, Here's Why

Tacoma citizens got a strange sight recently when the world's largest rubber duck sailed into town. The massive rubber duck, aptly named "Mama Duck," was towed into Tacoma's Foss Waterway for one heck of a party!
With all of the chaos in the world today, the sight of a giant rubber duck made everyone smile - even if only for a moment.
Mama Duck was flanked by more than 20 sailboats and ships as it entered the waterway, and it's not leaving anytime soon. She was towed into Tacoma to attract residents to a four-day maritime festival - with food, drinks, games and, of course, the massive "rubber" duck!
While most people think that Mama Duck looks exactly like the rubber ducks floating in your tub, it's actually made of vinyl.
Unfortunately, Mama Duck is in the middle of a Canadian scandal! WKRG News reported that Canadian government officials spent more than $120,000 on a visit from Mama Duck for the country's 150th birthday!
Some citizens are excited about the giant rubber duck's upcoming visit, but others are upset and said its presence is a waste of taxpayer money!
